Please join CEDAM, MSHDA, equity investors, and developers for a day-long training and discussion about MSHDA’s LIHTC program, application expectations through the new Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), the status of the equity market, as well as what equity investors expect to see prior to funding a project.

This year, the LIHTC Training will be the last event for participants of CEDAM’s Real Estate Development Boot Camp. However, anyone can attend the LIHTC Training regardless of participation in CEDAM’s Boot Camp.
