Annually, CEDAM, in partnership with MSHDA, equity investors, and developers, convene for a day-long training and discussion about MSHDA’s LIHTC program, application expectations through the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), other MSHDA programs, the status of the equity markets, the construction management climate, and other topics related to multi-family housing in Michigan.

This training is geared toward both emerging and experienced developers who have utilized Low Income Housing Tax Credits before and/or plan to apply for LIHTC in the future.
