Heather Severance is placed in Bad Axe, working with Huron Economic Development Corporation. She is focusing on business retention and expansion, strategic site readiness, community development, and housing support. She has served as Elkland Township Clerk for the past five years, overseeing the township’s financial operations and elections. She has also been an active member of the Village of Cass City’s Planning Commission, tackling ordinance and zoning map updates and serving on both the forestry and vacant buildings committees. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saginaw Valley State University.
