Policy Committee
CEDAM works to build a broad base of support for community-based economic development activities in Michigan. We work to impact state and national legislation, governmental policies and engage in discussions to obtain additional industry support. CEDAM accomplishes much of this work through its Public Policy Committee, which often serves as our collective voice on significant legislation and policies from our State Capitol in Lansing to our nation’s Capitol Building in Washington, D.C.
Want to get more involved in policy advocacy? Join CEDAM’s Policy Committee! You’ll have the opportunity to participate in our bi-monthly update meetings, help steer CEDAM’s policy agenda and receive policy alerts which can include action alerts, sign-on letters and more. Email senior policy specialist Jessica AcMoody to join the committee or to learn more.
