Help & FAQ

Logging In to CEDAM

If you are a member, you must log in to access member benefits, renew or make changes to your membership, update your profile, and register for events.

If you are not a CEDAM member, you can log in to update your contact information, subscription preferences, notification settings, and register for events.

  1. Go to CEDAM’s login page
  2. Type in your email address and password
  3. Click the Sign In button

If you receive CEDAM emails or attend CEDAM events, you have an account.

If you are a member but do not receive CEDAM emails or the system doesn’t recognize your email address, you may not be in our system or a different email address may be listed in your account. Contact Shawn Hunter for assistance.

Anyone who attends CEDAM events or receives CEDAM emails has a profile.

You can log in to your profile to change your contact information or email preferences, even if you are not a member. You can also log in to your profile to view and pay event invoices.

Training and Events

If you are a CEDAM member, you must be logged in to receive member-discounted rates. Enter the email address where you receive CEDAM emails and Glue Up should recognize you as a member. If you still have difficulty, contact Shawn Hunter for assistance.

If you are not a CEDAM member, you will need an account to register for events. You can create an account while registering if you do not have one.

You can pay with a credit card or by check. If you have concerns or questions about your payment, contact Shawn Hunter for assistance.

To pay with a credit card:

  1. Select the “Credit Card” option on the order summary page.
  2. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information.

To pay with a check:

  1. Select the “Check” option on the order summary page.
  2. Complete your registration and you will receive an invoice by email.
  3. The invoice will have mailing instructions for payment by check.

If you need to claim a free or discounted training, enter the code you were provided in the “Discount Code” box on the first page of the registration form and click “Apply.” Your total should now reflect the discount. Complete your registration.

Becoming a Member

You can find all membership applications here.

CEDAM has five membership types: Individual, Student, Nonprofit, For-profit, and Government.

The corporate membership (Nonprofit and For-profit) dues are based on operating budget or annual revenue.

Each type of membership is explained on the membership page. If you have questions about which type is right for you and/or your organization, please contact Shawn Hunter.

Your membership becomes active as soon as payment is received.

Qualifying CDAD members receive complimentary CEDAM membership.

  • This includes CDO members and any NIOs who meet our CDC definition. If you do not qualify (for example, you are an individual or a for-profit organization), you will need to join and pay for CEDAM membership separately.
  • Please apply or renew directly through CDAD. You will be added to CEDAM’s member database.
  • If you are a CDAD member and are not a current CEDAM member but you should be, please contact Shawn Hunter.

If you or your organization is facing financial hardship, you may request a dues reduction or waiver. Please complete this form or contact Shawn Hunter for more information.

Renewing Membership

Renewals for the next year begin December 1.

If you do not renew, you will lose access to your member benefits on January 31.

If your membership has lapsed, you may still renew by paying the invoice issued during the renewal process. If you need assistance locating the invoice, please contact Shawn Hunter.

Only primary contacts can renew for their organizations. When you renew, all individuals who are a part of your membership bundle will also be renewed. Individual members renew on an individual basis.

To identify the primary contact for your organization:

  1. Log in to your profile
  2. Click on the “membership” icon (it looks like a crown) on the bar on the right side of your screen
  3. Click on “View membership details”
  4. Your organization’s primary member is the first member listed (not to be confused with the Administrative Contact in the upper right corner of the screen)

If you are currently the primary member and need to transfer the primary contact for your organization, follow these instructions or contact Shawn Hunter.

If your primary member is no longer with the organization and you need to update, please contact Shawn Hunter.

  • Go to the Renew Membership page and log in.
  • Follow this step by step guide to complete your renewal.
  • Finish and pay online or select pay by check to receive an invoice.
  • Once payment has been received, your membership will be active.

Regardless of how you pay, you will receive a receipt by email for your records once payment is received.

If you or your organization is facing financial hardship, you may request a dues reduction or waiver. Please complete this form or contact Shawn Hunter for more information.
