Oscoda Township, Ryan Madis

Ryan Madis is the community development fellow in Oscoda Township, where he will help finalize the Redevelopment Ready Communities certification while working to update the Master Plan, redesign the township website, and aid in FAA Spaceport licensure. Ryan graduated from the University of Michigan in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in History concentration, and from Western Michigan University in 2020 with a Masters degree in Public Administration.

Prior to joining CEDAM, Ryan worked in higher education, led a faith-based non-profit organization, and most recently worked on a presidential campaign. This work has helped Ryan advocate for community needs and access to resources, which led to this opportunity with CEDAM. His passion for the outdoors leads to many adventures to national parks and trails throughout northern Michigan.
