Albion – Linda LaNoue
Linda LaNoue was born and raised in Albion, Michigan where she has been a full-time community builder and advocate since 2015. She graduated from Albion High School in 2009 and received her BA in interdisciplinary studies within the social sciences from Michigan State University in 2013. Linda worked in the Michigan Department of Transportation’s executive office for three years, assisting the Civil Rights Program Unit and the Director’s Office with high level projects and general office management. She has spent the last three years in Albion working on a variety of collective efforts including the General Guide, Build Albion AmeriCorps VISTA initiative and the Albion-Marshall Resilient Communities project. Linda is currently working toward her Master of Community Development degree from the University of Detroit Mercy.
