MADELEINE MEENAGH-MARCH, MANAGER OF SUSTAINABILITY & EVALUATION

As the manager of sustainability & evaluation, Madeleine manages the day-to-day operations of our economic inclusion work, oversees the coordination of organizational funding sustainability, and provides in-house data analysis and program evaluation.

Madeleine began her time at CEDAM as a program analyst, conducting a multi-method evaluation of our AmeriCorps State program and building sustainable systems that streamline program administration inefficiencies. She has since served as the interim program manager of our Community Development Fellowship, overseeing the recruitment and hiring of our most diverse cohort to date. Before joining the team, Madeleine served as the program director for Hoosier Women Forward, a civic leadership training program designed to empower women across Indiana. Madeleine has also worked as a research & engagement specialist for Detroit Future City’s economic equity indicators project and as a graduate fellow at the Institute of Public Policy and Social Research. There, her work primarily focused on expanding state tax credits to lift families out of poverty.
