Rawley has lived in Lansing area for 9-years and is currently the Executive Director of Capital Area Housing Partnership (CAHP). CAHP is a non-profit community housing development organization serving mid-Michigan residents for the past 26-years. Rawley previously worked for the Michigan House of Representatives with a focus on analyzing the impact and need for affordable housing in urban environments, tourism in local communities, and meeting Michigan’s energy needs. His experience also includes real estate transaction, strategic property planning, public relations, community based organizing and grant management. Outside of work, Rawley serves as a volunteer for the YMCA Michigan Youth-in-Government program and as Treasurer of the Ingham County Continuum of Care.
