Each year, we look forward to the Building Michigan Communities Conference (BMCC), where we have the opportunity to expand our skills, hear new ideas and have many of our members from across Michigan be in the same room with one another. It is for this reason that CEDAM hosts our annual membership celebration during this conference.

This year, CEDAM celebrates 15 years of helping you create vibrant communities and we want to celebrate with you. The annual Membership Celebration event will be held on Tuesday, April 30 from 5-8 p.m. It will take place at the Christman Building, a beautiful historic rehab in downtown Lansing and the world’s first “triple platinum” LEED-certified building.

There will be great food, complimentary cocktails, photos from the last fifteen years, door prizes, a stunning view of the State Capitol and more. Should spring weather be here to stay, a lovely outdoor patio is available. Walkable from the Radisson Hotel and downtown Lansing, it should be easy to get to from the conference location.
