In terms of employee demographics, full-time employees in the CDC industry are predominately female (69% of all full-time employees across respondent CDCs) and have achieved at least a bachelor’s degree (59%). The top three most commonly reported ethnicities among full time employees are white (77%), black/African American (18%) and Hispanic/Latino (4%). Full-time employees are evenly distributed over every age group.
